LOCATION:
Inside at RIM Park (University Ave East) – we meet indoors at the end of the building near the soccer field. Our workout takes place throughtout the building for a variety of challenges and intensities!

Cost $100 for 4 weeks! (2 classes per week) for new participants.
OR $12 per class (Drop-in rate)
(We are flexible – if you can only attend one night per week we will work with you to make that possible!)
SPECIAL NOTES
- Missed classes cannot be carried into the next session. Refunds will not be made for missed classes.
- Classes may be cancelled / times changed by instructor if absolutely necessary – an email will be sent 48 hours in advance.
- Weather plan below. If rescheduled classes cannot be attended, no refund will be provided.
Important Info
What do I need to bring?
- Weights – either 3lb, 5lb or 8lb depending on your fitness level
- Water bottle (large – especially during summer months)
- Yoga Mat or towel (large enough to sit on while on the grass)
- Indoor Running Shoes – prefered once it is wet outside
Class Cancellation
Allstar Mommy Fitness reserves the right to cancel class(es) if required with only 48 hours notice.
Cancelled class(es) will be offered at another time if possible.
If it is not possible, a coupon to attend a free class in the future will be provided.
